Christian lived with his girlfriend, Whitley and his brother Josh. Christian was a responsible young man who was working his way to being the youngest captain in his industry. He worked on a tug boat called the Magnolia. He would work for thirty days at a time, not leaving the boat for anything less than an emergency.
His relationship with his girlfriend was rocky at best. Prior to leaving for work he had broke up with Whitley and expected she would be gone when he got back. While he was on the boat Christian and Whitley’s friend Dylan was contacting Christian informing him that Whitley was driving his car and hanging out with another man.
Christian made a decision that he was going to get a day pass and leave the boat to go home and move Whitley out. Dylan picked up Christian and drove him back home. This is where things get muddy.
Sometime between 11:30 and 4:45 on February 26, 2014 Christian took a bullet to his head. The case was ruled a suicide after a short incomplete investigation. Murder or Suicide? Lets dissect the details.
